Andrew founded Attention Creative on a simple conviction: great advertising starts with a sharp idea and the right position — not a camera. With a Master of Fine Arts in directing and nearly twenty years in advertising and commercial work, he has led the creative on campaigns for some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies — helping them sharpen how their brands are positioned and stand out in crowded markets. Today, clients bring him in to originate the strategy and the creative itself, then steer it from first idea to finished campaign.
Gwenyth Ray
Executive Producer
Gwenyth is the calm at the center of every campaign. For almost twenty years she has run the operational engine of the agency — turning ambitious creative into work that ships, on time and on budget, from kickoff through delivery. She's the relationship clients and partners alike come to trust: when a campaign lands beautifully and runs without a hitch, it's usually because Gwenyth made it so.
