The brief
Florida Power & Light came to us with a problem and asked for a creative solution: get their linemen to truly internalize safety protocol — not tune out one more forgettable training video.
The approach
We pitched a reality series — Deadliest Catch, but with linemen. Real crews, real conditions, real stakes. We produced seven episodes of Walking the Line across Florida over two months, directing and producing the series end to end.
The result
FPL loved it and rolled it out to train their entire workforce, to great feedback — proof that safety content doesn't have to be forgettable to land.
